I found this book to be very helpful. I loved that it contains a variety of recipes and then goes a step further with tips. I am adjusting my cooking from a family of 8 to a family of 2 plus small dog. I have been using my Instant Pot frequently with recipes I know how to make. With the help from this book I have been able to prepare smaller meals that are very tasty.
